Rail journey from Paris to Berne – the capital of Switzerland. The Old Town of Berne has been featured in the list of UNESCO World Heritage Sites since 1983. Take a look round this fabulous cultural site and enjoy the charm of the covered arcades, cobbled streets and decorated facades. Overnight in Berne. |

Excursion to the UNESCO World Natural Heritage Jungfrau-Aletsch-Bietschhorn. Board the train to Interlaken Ost from there the Jungfrau Railway takes you up to Jungfraujoch – Top of Europe at 3454 m / 11’333 ft the highest railway station in Europe.
Enjoy a few steps in the snow and breathtaking views f.ex. of the Aletsch Glacier – the longest glacier in the Alps. Overnight in Berne. |

Today you board the train to Italy. This rail journey to Rome takes about 9 hours. (If you would like to take the overnight train to Rome pls pay attention to the supplements.
